they say you'd know when he's fallen in love with someone else. it's a gut feeling at first, when you notice a change in his behavior. it won't be long before your suspicions are confirmed. i don't think i'm being paranoid anymore. so tomorrow, i will start to move on. but give me tonight to sulk and be sad. i could have loved you.

prayer works, that i know for sure. my whole life is proof. and no matter how shallow your wants and wishes may be, i have found that the ONE up there still cares to listen. a few nights ago, when i missed you the most, i prayed for you. i prayed that we could at least be friends, that i would rather have you in my life than without. and i got my wish. but i forgot to take into consideration how hard it would be.
