I just had to write this down.
As much as I love coffee shops, I think that there are just TOO MANY coffee shops coming to the Terraces. On my way to work today, driving through the CBP, I noticed Seattle’s Best Coffee tarps on the lampposts. Coming soon to the Terraces, it said. And I was thinking, are we Cebuanos that fond of coffee? Is demand really that high? I thought we were the kuripot bunch! Well, Starbucks is always jam-packed; but I don’t know. I mean, we already have Starbucks, Bo’s and Figaro operating within close proximity. UCC and Gloria Jeans are opening soon, within the same area as the other three. And SBC too? Kudos to the sales people that convinced all these coffee shops to open shop in the same location, at least the company will be getting rent income from them. >:) I guess none of them are afraid of competition. I hope it drives prices down. Muhahaha.

Everytime I pass by the ginger bread / cookie house in the sports club that serves as Christmas décor and pastry shop, I feel Hansel&Gretel-ish and I want to eat it up. Hihihi.

tiguwang na ka, lems. :) hihihi. bitaw oi, sauna people doubted if starbucks would survive in cebu. di daw ta mupatol ug 100+ na kape. pero awa lang ron, puno kaayo ang mga coffee shops. linyahan pa.

lagi ree. and the location of the store pa is towards the back / side, near marriott. mura siya ug na mix-up with all the "wellness shops."
