i have just finished reading new moon a few days ago, and while it was generally about bella moping around (boring!), there was a really kilig part towards the end:


“Shh. I’m thinking.”
“Ugh,” I groaned, throwing myself back on the bed and pulling the quilt over my head.
There was no sound, but suddenly he was there. He flipped the cover back so he could see me. He was lying next to me. His hand reached up to brush my hair from my cheek.
“If you don’t mind, I’d much rather you didn’t hide your face. I’ve lived without it for so long as I can stand. Now…tell me something.”
“What?” I asked, unwilling.
“If you could have anything in the world, anything at all, what would it be?”
I could feel the scepticism in my eyes. “You.”
He shook his head impatiently. “Something you don’t already have.”

i tend to pick out background-ish type details and dwell on them.

i don't think i'm a twilighter. no, i'm not. i mean i'm not a diehard fan. i thought the movie was hilarious. i wouldn't say that the books are the best i've read. but they entertain me. they appeal to my inner girly-girl-sap-ness. sadly, edward cullen and his perfect lines only exist in dreams. and if someone similar did exist in reality, stalking (i.e., watching you sleep for months) is more freaky than appealing.

delete reply brattybiatch wrote on Dec 7, '08, edited on Dec 7, '08 'jake' gets lots of action in the next books to demonstrate that bella is a slut. haha. there isn't a lot of emmett moments. i think they overlook emmett a lot. boo. stop being mean to jasper. despite his constipated face, he's still the most interesting character. i love his igit face. :))

She went quickly to his side; they didn't embrace like other couples meeting there. They only stared into each other's faces, yet, somehow, the moment was so private that I still felt the need to look away." :) i***-face jasper. nyahahaha. will there be an emmett moment in the next books?

delete reply brattybiatch wrote on Dec 7, '08 my favorite part in new moon was when edward, bella and alice gets back from volterra and everyone meets them at the airport. jasper just goes up to alice and they just stare at each other. true love. :D i'm like you, i pick out weird moments that other people don't usually notice. haha.
